The VHS Bowling and Game Tournament was created in 2021 by The Lucy V. Williams Foundation as the primary fundraiser for the Verdell H. Sanders Scholarship. The VHS scholarship offers $1000 to deserving (first time) college students attending Winston Salem State University. This is a fun, family-friendly event that not only includes bowling, games, gift bags, t-shirts, food, a home-made dessert bar and more... we support a great cause.
The VHS Bowling Tournament includes cash prizes for first and second place, free shoe rental, music, lane assistants, a VHS branded gift pack that included a custom VHS tournament t-shirt and more!
We have multiple game tables ready and waiting for you. Our winners are awarded customized medals and have full bragging rights for their victory!
Our sponsors, supporters, friends and families will enjoy great food, beverages and a DELICIOUS homemade dessert bar.
To ensure that everyone has a great experience, we have compiled some rules and guidelines. Our goal is to have everyone enjoy themselves in a safe, family-friend environment. Please review the event guidelines for your safety and awareness. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the tournament!
