Taboo is a word guessing game played in teams. The VHS Taboo Games are for participants who are 14 and older, we have 30 slots available, up to 5 people per team and we will play best of 3 games. Whichever team gets to 10 first wins and advances to the next round. The winner will be announced after the 3rd game is completed. Prize includes a VHS medal and a gift card.

Scrabble is a crossword game in which every letter (or tile) represents an amount. It is an individual game. The VHS Scrabble Games are 14 and older, we have 12 slots available, 2 to 4 players per game and will play best of 3 games. The highest scorer will advance to the next round. The winner will be announced after the 3rd game is completed. Prize includes a VHS medal and a gift card.

Spades is a card game that utilizes partnership to estimate the strength of your hands in the bidding. The VHS Spades Games are 18 and older, we have 12 slots available, 2 players per team and will play best of 3 games. The highest scorer will advance to the next round. The winner will be announced after the 3rd game is completed. The spades games do not include prizes or medals.
THERE WILL BE FUN ACTIVIties for KIDS OF all ages! AGES 1-7 are free! Ages 8-12 are only $20 (yOUTH tICKET)

This is a family-friendly event and children will be present. Additionally, this event is being sponsored by the Lucy V. Williams Foundation, a spiritually based organization. Thank you for understanding.
VHS will not be serving alcoholic beverages
The VHS Tournament will not be offering any alcoholic beverages. Anyone choosing to purchase alcoholic beverages from the (bowling) establishment will do so on their own volition. VHS and LVWF do not take any responsibility for any incidents, events or accidents that may occur as a result of alcohol consumption by any VHS tournament participant.
VHS Hosts will be the official score-keepers and game managers
A VHS host will be managing each bowling lane and all games to ensure that a peaceful, fun time is had by all. If there is any dispute regarding scores or actions during the bowling tournament or games, the official host assigned to that area will have documented confirmation of bowling tournament and game status and info.
Food Allergies and Info
Please let us know via email (lvwfoundation@gmail.com) or in person (immediately) if you have any food allergies. VHS Tournament team and their partners are not responsible for any issues arising from unreported food allergies. VHS will ensure that the food is served and maintained in a safe environment, away from any patrons who are not a part of the tournament. Please note that food has been calculated and ordered for ticket holders.
Parents, please keep your children nearby
We want this to be a safe event for ALL VHS participants, especially any children. So please keep your children near you at all times, as the tournament will take place in a public environment. The Lucy V. Williams Foundation Organization, VHS Tournament and VHS Scholarship committee, creators, sponsors and supporters do not take any responsibility and will not be held liable for harm or damage caused by or to any adults or children participating in the VHS Tournament.
Questions, concerns or issues
During the tournament, Official Hosts will be wearing red and white t-shirts with VHS TOURNAMENT HOST on them. Feel free to speak with any of our hosts if you have any questions, concerns or issues. Our hosts are here to make sure that you have the BEST experience possible. We look forward to seeing you at this year's tournament!
